Every session is built around you. Depending on what your body and mind need that day, I may blend therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, and tuning fork sound therapy into one treatment. In more than thirty years I have studied over thirty forms of therapy, and I draw on whichever ones will help you most.

You can book with me online or by giving me a call. I see clients by appointment, Monday through Sunday, so we can usually find a time that fits your schedule. Most sessions run between thirty and ninety minutes, and we will choose the right length together when you book.

The practice is wheelchair accessible and offers convenient parking. The physical location is designed to accommodate clients with mobility needs comfortably.

Yes. Distance Reiki lets you receive gentle energy work from wherever you are, with no need to travel. We arrange a time, you settle somewhere quiet and comfortable, and afterward I share what I noticed and how to carry the calm forward. It is a good option if you live outside the Hays area or simply prefer to rest at home.

Nearly everyone. I care for people of all ages, from young children to older adults, and my practice is wheelchair accessible with convenient parking. My therapies are gentle and non-invasive, so they suit people at every stage of life. If you have any concerns, let me know and we will find the right approach for you.

Comfortable, relaxed clothing is best. For massage and bodywork you may undress to your own level of comfort, and you will always be respectfully draped for warmth and privacy. For Reiki and sound therapy you stay fully clothed, so wear whatever helps you feel at ease.

I accept debit and credit cards. If you have any questions about payment before your visit, please feel free to ask when you book

My practice is in Hays, Kansas, and I welcome clients from Hays, WaKeeney, Dighton, and the surrounding communities. If you'd like directions, reach out and I'll be glad to help.
