Reiki Session

A Reiki session is gentle energy therapy given through light touch or with my hands just above the body while you remain fully clothed. The work is quiet and calm, inviting your system to slow down, release built-up tension, and remember its own way back toward balance. I usually offer two main focuses: one for deep stress relief when your mind will not settle, and one for chakra-centered work when you want attention on the body's key energy hubs. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease emotionally and physically. Reiki also blends well with my other therapies for those wanting a fuller session in Hays, KS.
