Distance Reiki Healing

Distance Reiki allows you to receive gentle energy support wherever you are, without coming into the office. At an agreed time, you rest quietly at home while I connect with you through Reiki from my treatment space. The intention is the same as an in-person session: to help your system relax, rebalance, and soften the stress it has been carrying. Afterward, I can share what I noticed and suggest simple self-care steps. This is helpful if travel is hard, you live farther away, or you simply prefer to receive care in your own familiar surroundings in Hays, KS.
